Sun Belt Cities Continue to Boom
Johnston County was the fastest-growing county in North Carolina between 2010 and 2020, and it continues to welcome new residents to the area. A new Zillow report named two North Carolina cities among the hottest in the housing market in 2022. Raleigh came in at #3 and Charlotte at #5 when compared to the 50 largest metros in the country.
The area continues to see new housing communities developing, and home values are predicted to continue rising by as much as 21% through November.

Artsplosure - The Raleigh Arts Festival

In addition to browsing the eclectic Art Market, attendees can enjoy live music performances on the main stage by emerging national and regional artists, bring their kids to enjoy free arts and crafts at Kidsplosure, and experience one-of-a-kind art installations displayed throughout the downtown footprint.

NC Sugar Rush is the place to be on Sunday, May 28th, 2023, from 12pm to 5pm at City Plaza Downtown Raleigh (443 Fayetteville St, Raleigh, NC). Indulge in a variety of mouthwatering delights like Italian Ice, Funnel Cakes, Ice Cream, Popsicles, Cookies, Cupcakes, and more, with treats even available for your pets. With a DJ and live performances, you can dance off the initial Sugar Rush and make room for more as we aim to satisfy your every craving.
